Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Support the Procurement department in day to day tasks to include providing administrative support Administrative support includes but is not limited to data entry, process invoices, and order supplies.
Essential Functions:
(other duties may be assigned) Provide administrative assistance to the Procurement department.
Process all supply requests from stores and ensure timely delivery Review submitted invoices, code, and forward to Accounting for payment.
Process, approve and reconcile electronic vendor service payments Schedule window, floor, carpet, ceiling cleanings at stores Process Store Support/Construction returns Complete data entry into various systems as needed REQUIREMENTS:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education High School Diploma / GED required Experience Minimum of one year administrative experience required Licenses/Certifications N/A Tools & Equipment General Office Equipment ABOUT SHEETZ Sheetz, Inc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
