Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA This role qualifies for a hybrid work arrangement with the expectation to be on site in Claysburg, PA 3 days per week and 2 days remote.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Manage the corporate leadership development team in the design, development and delivery of programs intended to develop leadership strength and capabilities needed to accomplish the organizational strategy.
Essential Functions:
(other duties may be assigned) Define measurable, individual performance goals, monitor, and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
Provide developmental opportunities and coach direct reports to maximize development.
Assist in creating a sustainable corporate leadership development strategy through effective collaboration with Talent and Leadership Development teams, in alignment with the Sheetz Leadership Strategy and organizational objectives while managing the corporate leadership development budget to maximize profitability and cost efficiencies.
Perform ongoing needs analyses to understand and identify training needs and develop and deliver a variety of learning interventions in support of the strategic plan and key initiatives.
This includes various types of blended learning including classroom training, e-learning, self-study and other mediums to continue development.
Mentor and advise corporate managers at all levels, including senior leadership, to devise individual development plans, transition plans and/or succession plans.
Identify and establish external partnerships to provide executive level development and/or content resources that will ensure the continued growth and development of executive leaders.
Oversee the 360-feedback process, leadership and team assessments advising leaders on when and how to use each of these tools to improve performance and potential.
Develop and manage an internal and external coaching program and establish metrics to assess their effectiveness.
Champion change management initiatives and coach corporate leaders to establish tactics, plans and techniques to support organizational shifts and initiatives.
Assist with any other talent development initiatives, as needed, including involvement in interview teams, facilitation of learning workshops at events and team or department meetings.
Create and maintain a system for developing, tracking, analyzing and sharing key Leadership Development program metrics with the appropriate leaders across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education Bachelors degree in organizational development, education or related field required Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Experience Minimum 5 years experience managing leadership development programs and supporting training delivery required Minimum 5 years experience facilitating leadership development training and coaching required Minimum 2 years experience in supervising employees required Licenses/Certifications PHR/SPHR or ATD certification preferred Master facilitator preferred Korn Ferry Leadership Architect preferred Personality Assessment Certification preferred Tools & Equipment General Office Equipment ABOUT SHEETZ Sheetz, Inc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
