IT RISC Unit Supervisor
Location:
Sheetz Corporate - CLAYSBURG, PA
Sheetz is looking for an experienced IT Security Supervisor to provide oversight and task direction to Cybersecurity team members in Altoona, PA. Will establish and maintain a tailored program consistent with industry practices and frameworks, compliant with relevant Federal, State and local laws and regulations, and compliant with industry mandates such as PCI DSS. Will also assist the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in making the operational/physical and human resource decisions that affect the team.
Open to partial remote/ onsite in Altoona, PA 2-3 days per week
Essential Functions:

- Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.
- Align RISC Program objectives with the strategic goals of the Department.
- Support RISC Programs in project planning, prioritization, and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to remain aligned on current projects.
- Ownership of time, quality and resource commitments made to the business and other IT disciplines
- Prioritize and manage commitments made to the business in an Agile means
- Reviews and approves invoices for payment and communicating information to employees.
- Responsible for the individual goals, objectives and initiatives. Assists with Department budgeting and analysis.
- Supervises execution and directs the implementation of process improvements, as necessary.
- Monitor annual budgets for assigned area of responsibility to maximize profitability.ork with RISC Program Architects to ensure proper staffing, support, and communications. Includes Program assignment of Analysts.
REQUIREMENTS:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering; or
- A four year degree in another field of study which includes courses in computer programming, systems analysis, system development, or systems engineering is preferred.
Experience
- 7 years of experience in a technology environment required
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role, including demonstrated success with multi-person or cross functional team leadership

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
