7 Claysburg, PA Claysburg, PA Full-time Full-time Store Support Assistant Fleet Administrator 15125 243 SHEETZ WAY CLAYSBURG, Pennsylvania Full-Time On-Site Job Description OVERVIEW Supports the Store Support fleet by scheduling maintenance services, and maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure operator safety, maximum uptime, and availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1.
Schedule vehicle maintenance services in a timely manner.
2.
Troubleshooting and repair of small engines, high-pressure pumps, and 12-volt oil burners.
3.
Update vehicle information system (Fleetilla).
4.
Axle repair, bearing replacement, hydraulic repair, and tire repair/replacement.
5.
Order parts for equipment repairs.
6.
Install and configure vehicle information hardware (Telematics).
7.
Follow up on vehicle registrations and insurance cards.
8.
Assist with inventory builds for service vehicles.
9.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
10.
Assist in snow removal at Sproul warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS Education High School diploma or GED required Experience Minimum 2 years' experience working with small engines, hand tools, trailers, etc.

Licenses/Certifications N/A Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):
Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.
) Power Hand tools (saws, drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.
) Pneumatic tools (compressor, nailer, stapler, jack hammer, etc.
) Welding tools (torch, plasma cutter, welder, etc.
) Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.
) Heavy Equipment:
(Loader and attachments, lift, etc.
